In the paper we consider a promising universal reconfigurable supercomputer, computing nodes of which are device Arcturus. It was developed at Supercomputers and Neurocomputers Research Center (Taganrog) based on modern Xilinx FPGAs UltraScale+ family HBM-series. The purpose is to achieve highest computational layout density, ensure balanced power supply cooling, as well implementation powerful data exchange configuration. supercomputer can have up 1.5 thousand single field. has extensive information capabilities between within devices solve tightly coupled problems. Differential lines with multi-gigabit transceivers connected them used main connections FPGAs. provides velocity 25 Gbit/s. Information interaction RCD performed through optical channels capacity 4.5 Tbit/s. Immersion technology for cooling components system. removal total heat output 20 kW. configuration input constant voltage 380 V stable components. Owning time-consuming algorithms various scientific technical problems high real performance, it possible widespread use Arcturus supercomputer. Scaling will allow designing an entire circuit performance several tens Petaflops.
