چکیده
INTRODUCTION Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (COVID 19), also known as COVID 19, was first detected in 2019 a result of cluster pneumonia cases China. It is to cause illness majority cases, however myocardial involvement can be seen 7% with even smaller number pediatric populations. CASE PRESENTATION We are presented 14 year old male confirmed 19 infection that followed by fulminant myocarditis resulting High grade AV Block and subsequent pacemaker insertion, which the reported case population. DISCUSSION Cardiac injury from recent myocarditis. This present arrhythmia, 16.7% cases. The mainstay treatment still maintaining hemodynamic stability initiating immunomodulatory support, however, specifically this third-degree block, insertion may required. CONCLUSION Although severe cardiac rare, possible for some patients. KEYWORDS Myocarditis, pacemaker, arrhythmia

Complete heart block and itchy rash in a patient with COVID-19
Background: The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has become a global crisis, as the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 as a global pandemic. Complete heart block, resulting from an abnormal heart rhythm, is a rare presentation of this infection, which can be life-threatening due to possible progression into ventricular tachycardia. Case Presentation: We report a c...
متن کاملComplete heart block in mumps myocarditis.
A patient with mumps myocarditis is reported. The onset of mumps was typical, with fever and parotid swelling followed by raised virus antibody titres. Atrioventricular block occurred and persisted despite steroid treatment for two weeks. He had an Adams-Stokes attack. A permanent pacemaker was implanted and, thereafter, the patient remained dependent upon it. The published material on conducti...
متن کاملComplete atrioventricular block associated with toxoplasma myocarditis.
Myocarditis has been described during and after a wide variety of infectious agents: viral, rickettsial, bacterial, protozoal, and metazoal diseases may cause cardiac inflammation. We report a case of toxoplasma myocarditis in a young healthy man.
متن کاملHyperkalemia-induced complete heart block
Background: Potassium, as an extracellular ion, plays an important role in the electrophysiologic function of the myocardium and any change in extracellular concentration of this ion might have a marked impression upon myocyte electrophysiologic gain. High serum potassium levels are thought to impair pulse conduction in Purkinje fibers and ventricles more than that in the Atrio...
