Nakagami Parametric Imaging Based on the Multi-pyramid Coarse-to-Fine Bowman Iteration (MCB) Method

Abstract Nakagami- m parametric imaging has been used for and detection of coagulation zone in microwave ablation. In order to improve the image smoothness accuracy detection, multi-pyramid coarse-to-fine bowman iteration (MCB) method was proposed compared with traditional moment-based estimator (MBE) method. Phantom simulations showed that MCB could obtain better higher lateral target size than MBE Experimental results porcine liver ex vivo ( n = 18) indicated parameter obtained by more accurate detecting zone. based on can be as a potential tool ablation monitoring.
