Nanoscale zinc oxide (ZnO) is one of the most important materials in semiconductor applications today. The ZnO nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) have received interest among various nanoparticles. nanostructures are composed mainly and at least dimension on nanometer scale (1-100 nm). a wide-bandgap with an energy gap 3.37 eV room temperature. Different methods been used to synthesize NPs, which has led different physical chemical properties. high surface particles produced these tends accumulate them. Therefore, biosensors, gas sensors, solar cells, ceramics, nanogenerators, photodetectors, catalysts, active fillers rubber plastic due their unique As UV absorber, it can also be cosmetics, photocatalysis, electrical optoelectronic systems, as additive wide variety industrial products.
