New chiral generalized minimal massive gravity

We study the generalized minimal massive gravity (GMMG) in Compere, Song, and Strominger boundary conditions employing a semiproduct of Virasoro $\stackrel{^}{u}(1)$ Kac-Moody current algebras as asymptotic symmetry algebra. calculate entropy Ba\~nados-Teitelboim-Zanelli black holes via degeneracy states belonging to Warped conformal field theory. compute linearized energy excitations by using representations algebra $\stackrel{^}{u}(1)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}SL(2,R{)}_{R}$ show that energies are non-negative at (two) chiral points parameter space. At these special points, charge is described either or also consider some limits GMMG theory which correspond $2+1$-dimensional theories such new theories.
