چکیده
In a variety of engineering disciplines, including the mechanical, aerospace, and energy industries, study nonlinear dynamics vibration analysis rotating machinery has become increasingly important. many applications, turbines, engines, compressors, pumps, is essential for both performance safety entire system. Nonlinearities, on other hand, add intricate dynamic behaviours phenomena into these systems, which can result in subpar performance, excessive wear, even catastrophic failures. The goal this research to improve machinery's design, operation, maintenance by examining properties. In order comprehend complex interplay between rotor, bearing, forces, makes use sophisticated mathematical models computer tools. To appropriately depict system's behaviour, important factors rotor imbalance, shaft misalignment, bearing clearance, non-circular journal shapes are taken account. The objective project create reliable techniques locating forecasting modes, resonances, instabilities machinery. Techniques like time series analysis, bifurcation chaos theory used this. The results help creation efficient mitigation plans condition monitoring tools as well useful insights underlying physics dynamics. This paper findings may increase reliability, lifetime machinery, would operational effectiveness lower costs across range industrial sectors.

Vibration suppression of rotating machinery is an important engineering problem. In this paper, a review of the research work performed in real-time active balancing and active vibration control for rotating machinery, as well as the research work on dynamic modeling and analysis techniques of rotor systems, is presented. The basic methodology and a brief assessment of major difficulties and fu...
متن کاملAn Adaptive Model of Rotating Machinery Subject to Vibration Monitoring
This paper proposes a state-space model of nonstationary multivariate vibration signals for the on-line estimation of the state of rotating machinery by means of noise-adaptive Kalman filtering algorithm and spectral analysis in the time-frequency domain. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed model is able to quickly detect the actual state of rotating machinery even under highly n...
متن کاملFault Detection of Rotating Machinery from Bicoherence Analysis of Vibration Data
The vibration signal carries the signature of the fault in most rotating equipments, and early fault detection of a fault is possible by analyzing the signal using different signal processing techniques. In this paper we consider gearboxes as a typical representation of a rotating or cyclo-stationary process. Faults in gearboxes leave their signature on the vibration signal with an increased pr...
متن کاملApplication of Bicoherence Analysis on Vibration Data for Condition Based Monitoring of Rotating Machinery
Bicoherence or Bispectrum analysis is emerging as a new powerful technique in signal processing, especially in areas where traditional linear spectral analysis provides insufficient information. It is most effective in analyzing systems with non-linear coupling between frequencies. Faults in rotating machineries leave their signature on the vibration signal sensors and generally manifest themse...
