چکیده
Water is the most important resource of Earth and significantly utilized for agriculture, urbanization, industry, population. This increases demand water; meanwhile, climatic condition decreases supply it. A rise in temperature 1 degree Celsius might dry up 20% renewable water resources, to circumvent scarcity, it necessary reuse, create, consume less without wasting desalination process used reuse or saline by promptly extracting salt unwanted minerals producing fresh consumable water. Based on International Desalination Association, around 300 million people rely Middle East region upon Around 7% plants are located countries such as Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates. Reverse osmosis (RO) relevant this type area however, conventional methods include more complexities, hence address issue we proposed a novel approach known Hybrid Capuchin Rat swarm algorithm (HCRS) effective technology using sources energy middle east region. Moreover, hybrid reverse plant model developed identifying wind solar energy. The optimization can be mitigate life cycle cost enhances reliability schemes. experiment conducted MATLAB simulator compared results with state-of-art works over metrics relative error, system cost, reliability. Our method outperforms all other approaches.
