Nucleotide sequence of the barley chloroplast psbC gene We present here the eequenoe of psbC gene from barley ohloroplaBt genome, ooding for the 43 kDa photoBjrBtem II protein (see alBO CarlBberg ReB.Commun., 49:647 for the last 500 b.p.). The 5'-end of psbC overlaps with the 3'-end of previously sequenoed psbD gene (Nuo Acids Res. 16:5686). The deduced amino acid Bequenoe is presented.
