Numerical Simulation of Fine Blanking Die Wear and Die Performance Analysis

In order to study the die wear law of rotary fine blanking helical cylindrical gear, a three-dimensional rigid plastic finite element model gear is established on Deform-3D software platform. Based Archard model, this paper analyzes in process, obtains distribution each point working surface die, determines maximum area, and makes comparative analysis with spur gear. Through single factor variable method, studies effects reverse jacking force, blank holder speed, punch clearance, fillet radius, initial hardness wear. The test results show that when reduction same, female greater than When counter force increases from 100 kN 200 kN, gradually 6.91 × 10–6 mm 9.38 mm; 3/4 decreases increase force; it ideal clearance 0.5% t (0.02 mm). Conclusion. can accurately predict relationship between main process parameters blanking, measures reduce are put forward aspect design.
