The F317 fault, as a major tectonic zone in the Jianshan mine area, influences geotectonic features and geomechanical properties of area. Mining operations need to be conducted within these systems, so it is important fully study understand characteristics evolution systems develop reasonable mining plans safety measures. Aiming at problem that existence fault affects stability west road during security pillar underground Panzhihua Iron Mine, mechanical model surface was established through theory material mechanics. criterion slip retrieval process obtained combined with contact numerical analysis software FLAC3D.
