We are focusing on the practical use of methane hydrate. For recovery and it as an energy resource, is necessary to consider possibility clogging in pipe due rehydration bubbles. The purpose this research was observe experimentally evaluate theoretically decomposition behavior hydrate sedimentary layer rising bubbles generated by decomposition. Chlorodifluoromethane used a low pressure model gas methane. Hydrate produced cooling pressurizing water countercurrent contact with using formation device. recovered decomposed heating or depressurization method, without flowing water. Two theoretical velocities were derived from value Navier-Stokes equation values consideration bubble shape film existence. experimental small spherical radius agreed well equation. relatively large elliptical showed close film. Under temperature conditions closer equilibrium line, almost no could be identified visually.
