Observations of a sports apprentice in competitive athletes

چکیده
Athletes, coaches, sports scientists and staff work together to achieve laurels for their country. However, fierce competition internationally puts enormous pressure on athletes coaches. Excelling in the Olympics requires training technique, talent, physiology, psychology, biomechanics, nutrition, etc. Bad techniques practices can affect desired outcomes. As a apprentice, an attempt has been made discuss some observations which influence career of emerging athlete.
