چکیده

Abstract A comprehensive analysis was conducted on a 106-year-old masonry tower to assess its response gravitational forces and wind effects. Various techniques, including visual inspection, non-destructive testing, finite element (FEA), were employed in this study. Visual inspection played vital role evaluating the Tower’s exterior interior components, aiming detect signs of damage or wear at any level comparing them analyzed model. Dimensioned assembled drawings utilized create detailed 3D model, employing Ansys Workbench's macro homogeneous modeling techniques. Non-destructive testing carried out multiple structural parts tower, using such as rebound hammer ultrasonic pulse velocity tests, gather mechanical properties stone brick masonry. These incorporated into model evaluate Tower's responses during analysis. The tower's under determined standard code regulations guidelines, stress strain compared actual morphology observed inspection. highest found elements between connection dome drum second floor. Furthermore, tower’s wind, deformation, thoroughly examined same location, revealing maximum gravity loading. This study pinpointed critical weak areas that require retrofitting strengthening modern techniques safeguard these monumental historical structures for future generations. combined use proved be an effective approach assessing loading

Embedded Operating System Energy Analysis and Macro-Modeling

A large and increasing number of modern embedded systems are subject to tight power/energy constraints. It has been demonstrated that the operating system (OS) can have a significant impact on the energy efficiency of the embedded system. Hence, analysis of the energy effects of the OS is of great importance. Conventional approaches to energy analysis of the OS (and embedded software, in genera...

User Programmable Visual Inspection

The usefulness of advanced machine vision techniques for automated inspection is restricted by long development cycles for the inspection software and a lack of general applicability of the resulting system. These difficulties arise because in the majority of cases the particulars of the inspection are embedded in the software structure resulting in severe restrictions on user reconfiguration. ...

Adaptive Visual Inspection

The robot vision system A prototype robotized vision system has been designed, using a six degrees of freedom anthropomorphic arm, for self-adaptive vision based quality control on an assembly line for washing machines (WM). The robot allows displacing the camera in the workspace so to inspect a washing unit (WU) or a complete WM on a pallet. The vision system is equipped with a 1360x1024 pixel...
