On Long-Term Variations in Solar Wind and Solar Activity Parameters with Possible Application to the Global Climate Problem

Comparison is carried out of the long term variation year averaged solar wind speed and interplanetary scintillation index with variations Wolf's numbers A_P indexes geomagnetic activity for data 20-24 cycles. It shown that slow non-monotonous trend in parameters at middle high heliolatitudes exists typical scale order century cycle. Correlation between anomalies air temperature analyzed series from 1610 up to present time. Possible application results global climate problem discussed.
