Opening and Closing Positioning Control of the Seedling Picking-Up Mechanism Based on Fuzzy-PID Control Algorithm

چکیده

The success rate of automatic transplanter seedling picking is affected by the harsh operating environment and reduced output accuracy opening closing positioning seedling-picking mechanism due to interference external environment. To solve such problems, paper proposes use an adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm as positioning-control system mechanism. Based on theoretical analysis calculation mechanism, a mathematical model stepper motor angular velocity was established, based (conventional PID) established in MATLAB/Simulink. In order further simulate actual working condition simulation with disturbance built, response results showed that could get rid faster under action signals. test has higher more stable performance than system, which meets design requirements.
