Optical Echo memory based on photonic crystal cavities

چکیده

Like internet, connecting quantum computers together to build a full network will enhance the ability process information. On-chip memories can possess essential functionalities in building network, including synchronizing large number of and implementing long-distance communication. However, owning mainly constraints imposed by micro-photonic structures themselves, on-chip cannot satisfy requirement for constructing incompatibility their memory property integration property. We here propose an using spatial-phase-mismatching effect photonic crystal cavities. In this scenario, not only is orbital angular momentum cavities utilized realize photon-echo type memory, but also light-matter enhancement cavity used achieve high-efficiency storage.
