Optical interface for a hybrid magnon–photon resonator

We study optical detection of magnetic resonance a ferrimagnetic sphere resonator, which is strongly coupled to microwave loop gap resonator. Optical fibers are employed for coupling the resonator with light in telecom band. find that can be optically detected region anti-crossing between and resonances. By measuring response time we rule out possibility induced heating responsible detectability.
