چکیده
Spacers in the compact power distribution network are essential components for support, organization, and spacing of conductors. To improve reliability these have an optimized design, it is necessary to evaluate performance variation their geometric parameters. The analysis fundamental, considering that there several models available validated by electric utilities. Due various possible design shapes, use model reduce potential located specific sites, improving component, as higher electrical results a greater chance failure occur. finite element method (FEM) stands out evaluating potential. In this paper, FEM used variations vertical horizontal dimensions spacers 13.8 kV grid. analyzed relation behavior regarding on surface. From variations, means mixed-integer linear problem (MILP), replacing output with ReLU substitute model, obtain spacer more efficiency be semi-insulated networks.

Low weight and high load capacity are remarkable advantages of sandwich panels with corrugated core, which make them more considerable by engineering structure designers. It’s important to consider the limitations such as yielding and buckling as design constraints for optimal design of these panels. In this paper, multi-objective optimization of sandwich panels with corrugated core is carried ...

the present study is concerned with optimal shape determination of inhomogeneous and temperature dependent domains under steady state heat conduction. such situations are important in many thermal design problems, especially in shape design of electronic components and chips. in the present paper, we formulate the shape optimization problem based on volume minimization of heat conductive materi...
متن کاملOptimal design of efficient IPM motor using finite element method
Techniques for the optimal design of permanent magnet motors considering rotation are investigated. The nonconforming mesh technique is used to take into account the rotation of rotor. It is shown that the technique is especially useful for the optimal design using the finite element method, because no modification of mesh is necessary during the rotation. The mesh at each angle of rotation can...
متن کاملTransducer design simulation using finite element method
The fast development of computer power and computational algorithms has made it possible to design complex transducers and arrays using computer simulation. Practical examples are given here for transducer modeling using 3-D finite element method (FEM) instead of the traditional 1-D equivalent circuit models. The merits and deficiencies of the frequency domain and time domain FEM formulations w...
