In this work, the optimal design of a hybrid energy complex, including wind turbines, an internal combustion engine, and adiabatic compressed air storage system is investigated. A novel bi-level optimization strategy proposed for optimizing capacity operational power each component based on techno-economic considerations. The article presents information discussions about impacts partial-load operation components rated working strategies. off-design characteristics are proven to have huge negative impact efficiency economy system. reduction 21% in summer 8.9% winter, when operating conditions. cost reduced significantly carrying out strategy.
