Acute anal fissure is a common and painful condition of ano-rectal region characterized by tear in the anoderm causing pain during defecation. Mainstay its treatment pharmacotherapy with lifestyle modification. Current study was undertaken to evaluate role add-on local antimicrobial recovery relief symptoms acute comparison anesthetic vasodilator without any antimicrobial.
