چکیده

Aim : to examine an efficacy of various stimulation methods in a group successful pregnancies. Materials and Methods . In single center retrospective study 47 pregnancy cases were examined after performing embryo transfers at our institution from the years 2017 2021. Patients divided into four groups: i) clomiphene hyperstimulation (CH), ii) with gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist, iii) GnRH antagonist, iv) progestin-primed ovarian (PPOS). Age, anti-Mullerian hormone, presence chronic disease, number in-vitro fertilizations prior conception, dosage follicle stimulating (FSH), premature luteinizing surge, egg retrievals, fertilization rate, live birth rate assessed. Results. The pregnancies obtained by CH, PPOS comprised 25, 12, 2, 8 cases, respectively. No significant difference parameters between CH non-CH groups, excepting FSH was observed. used dose 1108 ± 468 IU 1756 394 IU, respectively (p < 0.0001). Conclusion. is not commonly due potential luteal phase defects, but it thought be cost-effective, requiring lower doses, no ovulation suppression antagonists, exerting effect on frozen embryos or fetuses. Hence, could suitable protocol for retrieval Japan.

Maternal and Live-birth Outcomes of Pregnancies following Assisted Reproductive Technology: A Retrospective Cohort Study

This study was carried out to explore associations between assisted reproductive technology (ART) and maternal and neonatal outcomes compared with similar outcomes following spontaneously conceived births. We conducted a retrospective cohort study of pregnancies conceived by ART (N = 2641) during 2006-2014 compared to naturally conceived pregnancies (N = 5282) after matching for maternal age an...

Pnm-24: Neonatal Outcomes in Assisted Reproductive Technology Pregnancies

Background Preterm birth is the most important factor in neonatal morbidity and mortality. In the case of pregnancy with assisted reproductive technology (ART) we have more percentage of multiple pregnancies which is a strong reason for preterm birth and low birth weight so suggested that ART can affect neonatal outcomes. In this article we searched about neonatal outcomes in ART pregnancies. M...

A retrospective review of single-institution outcomes with robotic-assisted microsurgical varicocelectomy

We report the largest single-center experience with robotic-assisted microscopic varicocelectomy (RAMV) in male infertility. From August 2012 to February 2015, men with infertility of at least a year and varicoceles underwent RAMV by a single surgeon. Varicocele was diagnosed on physical examination and confirmed by ultrasound by a single ultrasonographer. Preoperative hormone panel, semen anal...
