The Time-Domain Vector Fitting Algorithm for Linear Macromodeling
The Time-Domain Vector Fitting (TD-VF) algorithm for macromodeling of linear multiport systems is presented. A rational approximation for the system matrix transfer function is easily derived from transient input/output port responses. Several validations illustrate the high accuracy of the method.
متن کاملRobust Identification of Transient Port Responses Using Time Domain Orthonormal Vector Fitting
A robust technique is presented for parametric identification of linear time-invariant systems in the time domain. Based on a Sanathanan-Koerner iteration, the transfer function coefficients are calculated iteratively by minimizing a weighted linear cost function. The time-domain equivalent of the Muntz-Laguerre basis is used to improve the numerical conditioning of the associated system equati...
متن کاملEfficient Complex Continuous-Time IIR Filter Design via Generalized Vector Fitting
We present a novel model identification technique for designing complex infinite-impulseresponse (IIR) continuous-time filters through generalizing the Vector Fitting (VF) algorithm, which is extensively used for continuous-time frequencydomain rational approximation to symmetric functions, to asymmetrical cases. VF involves a twostep pole refinement process based on a linear leastsquares solve...
متن کاملDAMAGE DETECTION OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES IN TIME DOMAIN VIA ENHANCED COLLIDING BODIES OPTIMIZATION
In this paper, a method is presented for damage detection of bridges using the Enhanced Colliding Bodies Optimization (ECBO) utilizing time-domain responses. The finite element modeling of the structure is based on the equation of motion under the moving load, and the flexural stiffness of the structure is determined by the acceleration responses obtained via sensors placed in d...
متن کاملfitdistrplus: An R Package for Fitting Distributions
The package fitdistrplus provides functions for fitting univariate distributions to different types of data (continuous censored or non-censored data and discrete data) and allowing different estimation methods (maximum likelihood, moment matching, quantile matching and maximum goodness-of-fit estimation). Outputs of fitdist and fitdistcens functions are S3 objects, for which kind generic metho...
