Palatal fracture is the loss of continuity bone, joint, cartilage epiphyseal both total and partial in palate cavum oris. It classified into three types based on location shape such as sagittal, parasagittal, paraalveolar, transverse, comminuted. Several studies revealed kinds treatment that used depends classification. This literature study aims to describe definition palatal fracture, classification classifications, complications may occur after management.
