Parallelisation of decision-making techniques in aquaculture enterprises

Abstract Nowadays, the Artificial Intelligent (AI) techniques are applied in enterprise software to solve Big Data and Business Intelligence (BI) problems. But most AI computationally excessive, they become unfeasible for common business use. Therefore, specific high performance computing is needed reduce response time make these applications viable on an industrial environment. The main objective of this paper demonstrate improvement aquaculture BI tool based techniques, using parallel programming. This tool, called AquiAID, was created by research group Economic Management Sustainable Development Primary Sector Universidad de Cantabria. parallelisation reduces computation up 60 times, energy efficiency 600 times with respect sequential program. With improvements, will improve fish farming management industry.
