Perceived Usefulness, Self-Efficacy, and Emotional Engagement: Does It Affect Student’s Satisfaction while using the Platform?

Many students are dissatisfied with using blended learning platforms. At the same time, student satisfaction a platform can determine quality of and outcomes. This study analyzed direct indirect influence between user perception platform, self-efficacy, emotional engagement on satisfaction. research includes quantitative type causality—grade XI IPS SMA 14 Negeri Surabaya as population. A sample 103 was taken saturated techniques. Data collection is obtained through interviews, questionnaires, documentation. The data analysis used path analysis. results directly influenced perceptions usefulness platforms, self-efficacy to engagement.
