Performance Analysis of 1x4 RMPA Array using Step Cut and DGS Techniques with Different Feed Techniques for LTE, Wi-Fi, WLAN and Military Communications

This paper presents four different models of 1x4 antenna arrays excited by quarter wave transformer and mitered bend feeding techniques. These antennae were designed developed to examine the various radiation performance characteristics. The Ansys HFSS tool was used simulate over frequency range (1-5GHz). simulation results compared identify optimized design model. Both types 1X4 with feed network showed better than resonating at 2.4, 3.6, 4.5 4.7 GHz frequencies a maximum gain 13.118dB. proposed are suitable for Wi-Fi, Long Term Evolution (LTE), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) military communication applications. array fabricated tested using Vector Analyzer E507C. measured had good matching numerical values results.
