Performance Analysis of Aerial Base Station Cellular Network

چکیده

In this paper, we model the cellular network consisting of aerial base stations (ABSs) which follow homogeneous Poisson Point Process (PPP) and an independent collection random users is considered. We assume that each user communicates with closest ABS. particular, deal interference signals Laplace transform. As a result, can obtain tractable expression coverage probability. have found there maximum probability be reached by optimal ABS density low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), gets larger when path loss exponent (PLE) increases. Simulations under high or SNR condition shown influence PLE on quite different in spite changing signal-to-interference-plus-noise (SINR) threshold density.

Performance analysis of green cellular networks with selective base-station sleeping

Base station (BS) sleeping is one of the emerging solutions for energy saving in cellular networks. It saves energy by selectively switching underutilized BSs to a low power consuming mode (“sleep mode”) during low traffic hours while transferring their associated traffic to active BSs nearby. However, while saving energy, BS sleeping causes a reduction in total available capacity of the networ...

Visibility State Analysis for Base Station Cooperated Micro-cellular System

Base station (BS) cooperation technologies are expected to improve user throughput at the cell edges in a cellular system [1]-[3]. Since the performance of a BS cooperation method depends on the condition of the propagation channel, especially the difference in the received signal strengths from surrounding BSs, it is important to investigate the transitions of the signal strengths at a mobile ...

Performance Analysis of Device to Device Communications Overlaying/Underlaying Cellular Network

Minimizing the outage probability and maximizing throughput are two important aspects in device to device (D2D) communications, which are greatly related to each other. In this paper, first, the exact formulas of the outage probability for D2D communications underlaying or overlaying cellular network are derived which jointly experience Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) and Rayleigh multipat...

Capacity Limits of Base Station Cooperation in Cellular Networks

In the information-theoretic literature, it has been widely shown that multicell processing is able to provide high capacity gains in the context of cellular systems. What is more, it has been proved that the per-cell sum-rate capacity of multicell processing systems grows linearly with the number of base station (BS) receive antennas. However, the majority of results in this area have been pro...
