The validation of the conformity parts according to ISO 98-4 standard, cannot be achieved without an accurate estimation measurement uncertainty, which can become difficult when it comes a complex strategy control geometrical specification mechanical part using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). purpose study in this paper is analyze following Geometric Product Specification (GPS) Standard, estimate associated uncertainty different parameters each step, able achieve given (perpendicularity error our study) Guide expression (GUM).
