The validation of the conformity parts according to ISO 98-4 standard, cannot be achieved without an accurate estimation measurement uncertainty, which can become difficult when it comes a complex strategy control geometrical specification mechanical part using Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). purpose study in this paper is analyze following Geometric Product Specification (GPS) Standard, estimate associated uncertainty different parameters each step, able achieve given (perpendicularity error our study) Guide expression (GUM). This will thereafter validated by Monte Carlo simulation, and interlaboratory comparison conducted compare obtained results 13528 standard. Our contribution based on more strategy's uncertainties. approach also used accredited calibration laboratories (ISO 17025) or general case perpendicularity coordinate measuring machine. A has been conducted, controlling with tolerance limit 15 µm, after CMM obtain variance-covariance matrices. (12.55 µm) was below limit, however, judged “not conform” considering estimated (4.06 satisfactory despite difference acceptance criterion.
