چکیده
Abstract A new methodology for constructing stability maps (phase-plane analysis) is presented and validated application to complex multibody vehicle models implemented in Multibody Dynamics simulation software (Adams ® ). Traditional methodologies are developed be applied explicit mathematical models. Given the complexity of some special systems, particularly dynamics, simplifications needed apply this analysis technique. The main limitation when using simplified need neglect components which could have a significant influence on dynamic behavior system therefore its stability. In proposed it not necessary access systems. Thus, map model can constructed by considering highly nonlinear elements, such as tires silent-blocks components, modeled finite element

Computing Sensitivity Analysis of Vehicle Dynamics Based on Multibody Models
Vehicle dynamics simulation based on multibody dynamics techniques has become a powerful tool for vehicle systems analysis and design. As this approach evolves, more and more details are required to increase the accuracy of the simulations, to improve their efficiency, or to provide more information that will allow various types of analyses. One very important direction is the optimization of m...
متن کاملPhase Models With Explicit Time
Studying weakly connected oscillators leads to phase models. It has been proven recently that weakly connected oscil-lators with delayed interactions do not lead to phase models with time delays even when the delay is of the same order of magnitude as the period of oscillation. This results in a fading interest to such models. We prove here that if the interaction delay between weakly connected...
متن کاملNonlinear Optimal Control Techniques Applied to a Launch Vehicle Autopilot
This paper presents an application of the nonlinear optimal control techniques to the design of launch vehicle autopilots. The optimal control is given by the solution to the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman (HJB) equation, which in this case cannot be solved explicity. A method based upon Successive Galerkin Approximation (SGA), is used to obtain an approximate optimal solution. Simulation results invo...

Abstract. This paper discusses the use of multibody dynamics, augmented by the direct implementation of nonlinear finite element beams and significantly shells, to perform the coupled structural and fluid-dynamics analysis of flapping wing Micro-Aerial Vehicles.
