چکیده

• Innovative vanillin-based photocurable resin was designed for circularity. The cured thermoset exhibits mechanical and chemical recyclability. This is combined with high thermal stability, solvent resistance, malleability self-healing. suitable the production of 3D objects by digital light processing. A circularity incorporation imine functionalities through a Schiff-base reaction between aldehyde function vanillin amino group ethylene diamine. Sufficient flexibility provided short aliphatic segment introduced carbonate, while photocurability obtained subsequent methacrylation. had good relatively glass transition temperature (?75 °C) stability an onset degradation above 300 °C. Due to crosslinked structure linkages, expressed malleability, self-healing reprocessability. Furthermore, it could be chemically recycled immersing in diamine, which activated transimination. oligomeric product amine-terminal groups utilized new films. Tensile testing illustrated similar elastic modulus mechanically thermosets, slight increase observed self-healed samples, ascribable completion curing during post-processing. At same time elongation stress at break slightly decreased. Finally, suitability means processing (DLP) printing demonstrated.
