چکیده

The composite of Graphite/PbTiO3 has been synthesized for photocatalyst and photo-electrocatalyst Methyl Orange (MO) Violet (MV) degradation using a visible light source. aims the research were to study influence pH solution, iradiation time kinetics MO MV photodegradation, voltage photoelectrodegradation MV. Composite was by sol-gel process with Titanium Tetraisopropoxide (TTIP) solution Pb(NO3)2 powder as precursors. characterized X-ray difractometer FTIR spectrometer. diffractogram showed peaks at 2θ = 26.507o characteristic diffraction Graphite, 31.838o 39.294o those PbTiO3. spectrum exhibits vibration TiO2 609.5 – 420.5 cm-1 Pb-O 1337.66 until 1395.56 cm-1. photodegradation results that can degrade optimally 3. levels 90.33% 88.26% 30 min radiation, respectively. following first-order reaction rate constant 0.4445 min-1 0.4244 min-1, Meanwhile, 96.50% 10 volts 11, while 95.14% 7. When compared previous research, this result also shows excellent under irradiation. So use lights provides an advantage over UV light.

Photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange using TiO2:Mg2+/zeolite composite under visible light irradiation

Photodegradation of methyl orange was investigated using synthesized TiO2:Mg2+/zeolite as the photocatalyst. The photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray, XRF, FT-IR, and SEM. The photocatalytic activities of TiO2:Mg2+/zeolite samples were evaluated in the degradation of methyl orange under visible light irradiation. The appropriate content of Mg in the composite was obtained as 4.711 wt% with ...

Photocatalytic Degradation of Methyl Orange by CeO2 and Fe–doped CeO2 Films under Visible Light Irradiation

Undoped CeO2 and 0.50-5.00 mol% Fe-doped CeO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a homogeneous precipitation combined with homogeneous/impreganation method, and applied as photocatalyst films prepared by a doctor blade technique. The superior photocatalytic performances of the Fe-doped CeO2 films, compared with undoped CeO2 films, was ascribed mainly to a decrease in band gap energy and an increase...

Fe2V4O13 assisted hetero-Fenton mineralization of methyl orange under UV-A light irradiation

Fe2V4O13 is prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS), high resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM) using energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) analysis. The hetero-Fenton catalyst can be used to mineralize Methyl Orange (MO) under UV-A light. The mineralization rate is influenced by hydr...

Nanocrystalline TiO₂ Composite Films for the Photodegradation of Formaldehyde and Oxytetracycline under Visible Light Irradiation.

In order to effectively photodegradate organic pollutants, ZnO composite and Co-B codoped TiO₂ films were successfully deposited on glass substrates via a modified sol-gel method and a controllable dip-coating technique. Combining with UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS) and photoluminescence spectra (PL) analyses, the multi-modification could not only extend the optical response of T...
