چکیده
The phylogenetic relationships among the Peninsular Malaysian orchid genus Coelogyne were studied by morphological characteristics and sequence data of internal transcribed region (ITS) from nuclear ribosomal DNA (nrDNA). is a large about 200 species distributed in pantropical areas Himalayas, Sri Lanka, India, Southern China throughout South East Asia to Papua New Guinea. widely accepted previous classification system was exclusively based on floral morphology. There very few molecular systematic studies done Malaysia thus far. In this study, 59 samples collected 57 them identified level. To study phylogeny genus, characters utilized together with evidences generate hypotheses. Cluster analysis performed using both vegetative characters. results showed that three sections Coelogyne, namely Longifoliae, Speciosae, Fuliginosae sister groups which more closely related forming one clade itself. Another consisted four other sections, Flaccidae, Coelogynae, Tomentosae, Verrucosae. Molecular phylogenies obtained Neighbour-Joining method close relationship between Tomentosae Verrucosae, whereas usage Maximum Likelihood demonstrated Fuliginosae, since they formed single clade.

Phylogenetic relationships of the genus Phanerochaete inferred from the internal transcribed spacer region.
Phanerochaete is a genus of resupinate homobasidiomycetes that are saprophytic on woody debris and logs. Morphological studies in the past indicated that Phanerochaete is a heterogeneous assemblage of species. In this study the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region of the nuclear ribosomal DNA was used to test the monophyly of the genus Phanerocthaete and to infer phylogenetic relationships ...

Ticks are important acarina that infest animals. They are obligatory blood sucker arthropods which economically impact cattle industry by reducing weight gain and production. Moreover, they are important vectors of viral, bacterial, rickettsial and parasitic pathogens infecting humans and animals. In view of the importance of Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum in pathogen transmission, including Th...

A cladistic analysis of the medicinal plant Taxus, using the sequences of one chloroplast (trnS-trnQ spacer) and three nuclear taxadiene synthase (TS), 10-deacetylbaccatin III-10beta-O-acetyltransferase (DBAT), and 18S rDNA) molecular markers, was carried out by distance, parsimony, likelihood, and Bayesian methods. Three of the four New World species (T. brevifolia, T. floridana and T. globosa...
متن کاملA phylogenetic analysis of heterorhabditis (nemata: rhabditidae) based on internal transcribed spacer 1 DNA sequence data.
Internal transcribed spacer 1 sequences were used to infer phylogenetic relationships among 8 of the 9 described species and one putative species of the entomopathogenic nematode genus Heterorhabditis. Sequences were aligned and optimized based on pairwise genetic distance and parsimony criteria and subjected to a variety of sequence alignment parameters. Phylogenetic trees were constructed wit...
