Introduction: Obesity and overweight are the most dominant chronic non-communicable pathologies of century, causing metabolic diseases, such as Diabetes Mellitus Arterial Hypertension. With WHO data indicating that since 1980 it has more than doubled worldwide, in 2008 1.5 billion adults were overweight, this number 200 million men obese 300 women. Such is impact declared obesity a worldwide epidemic. Objective: To identify integral health status university students by means clinical history, healthy unhealthy lifestyles related to nutrition physical activity. Method: We studied population 50 students, 19 males 31 females, different degrees Facultad de Estudios Superiores Iztacala, with obesity, interested improving their eating habits attended clinics disease prevention program (PROSALUD). Results: There was statistical reduction average BMI abdominal circumference, but no decrease percentage body fat.
