چکیده

We calculate the valence quark distribution functions of π meson using non-relativistic chiral constituent model. The wave function is obtained by solving two-body Schrödinger equation within framework transform from rest frame to light cone or infinite momentum based on Lorentz boost. distributions at initial evolution scale are obtained. QCD given with DGLAP equations parton-parton recombination corrections. With tuning up (down) mass 70 MeV, calculated Q2=20 GeV2 in good agreement E615 experimental data. structure F2π(x,Q2) pion also which consist H1 proposed mechanisms here could be used study other hadrons.

Generalized Parton Distributions in the Light-Front Constituent Quark Model

The Generalized Parton Distributions (GPDs) of the nucleon are analyzed within the relativistic constituent quark model formulated on the light-front. It is shown that the matrix elements of the plus component of the one-body vector current are plagued by spurious effects related to the dependence on the hyperplane where the nucleon wave function is defined in terms of its constituents. The phy...

Parton Distributions for the Pion in a Chiral Quark Model

Parton distributions for the pion are studied in a chiral quark model characterized by a quark propagator for which a spectral representation is assumed. Electromagnetic and chiral symmetry constraints are imposed through the relevant Ward-Takahashi identities for flavoured vertex functions. Finiteness of the theory, requires the spectral function to be non-positive definite. Straightforward ca...

Chiral constituent quarks and their role in quark distribution functions of nucleon and pion

We investigate the structure of constituent quarks and study implications for quark distribution functions of hadrons. Constituent quarks are constructed by dressing bare quarks with Goldstone bosons using the chiral quark model. We calculate resulting corrections to the twist-2 structure functions f1(x), g1(x) and h1(x). The Goldstone boson fluctuations produce a flavor asymmetry of the quark ...

Mesonic Parton Densities Derived From Constituent Quark Model Constraints

Using constituent quark model constraints we calculate the gluon and sea content of pions solely in terms of their valence density and the known sea and gluon densities of the nucleon. The resulting small-x predictions for g(x,Q) and q̄(x,Q) are unique and parameter free, being entirely due to QCD dynamics. Similar ideas are applied for calculating the gluon and sea content of kaons which, for o...

Parton distributions in a constituent quark scenario

A simple picture of the constituent quark as a composite system of point-like partons is used to construct the unpolarized and polarized parton distributions by a convolution between constituent quark momentum distributions and constituent quark structure functions. We achieve good agreement with experiments in the unpolarized, as well as, in the polarized case. When our results are compared wi...
