The current agriculture is facing various challenges to produce enough food satisfy the need of human population consumption without having a negative impact on environment, health and ecosystems. exploitation bioinoculants has been crucial alternative for green agriculture. Bioinoculants have two great benefits: promote plant growth by making essential nutrients available crops and, increase tolerance biotic abiotic stresses inducing long-lasting defense. Certain members genus Trichoderma recognized as biocontrol agents, biofertilizers stress alleviators plants. use spp. also extended protect stimulate horticultural crops. Elucidating signaling events triggered high importance in order understand molecular basis involving protection against stresses. In this review, elements plants from perception through late defensive responses discussed. Enhanced understanding how activate defense will lead improvement species crop production with consequent benefits care environment.
