The availability of accurate data is fundamental for several monitoring and control applications modern power grids. Nevertheless, the knowledge critical data, such as transmission line transformer parameters, often affected by uncertainty. This can lead to important problems in correct management systems. In spite a infrastructure that being renewed due new generation devices providing synchronized measurements, actual values parameters tap changer ratios are still uncertainty sources need be properly considered. behavior all elements involved measurement chain must duly modeled. article proposes an improved method carry out simultaneous estimation ratios, systematic errors three-phase system. proposed based on suitable modeling constraint equations (voltage drop current balance) components involved. Its effectiveness confirmed tests performed IEEE 14-bus test system reproduced under different operative conditions.
