Pneumatic positioning control system using constrained model predictive controller: Experimental repeatability test

چکیده
Most of the controllers that were proposed to control pneumatic positioning system did not consider limitations or constraints in their algorithms. Non-compliance with prescribed may damage components and adversely affect its accuracy, especially when is controlled real-time environment. Model predictive controller (MPC) one able constraint algorithm. Therefore, constrained MPC (CMPC) was this study improve accuracy while considering system. The mathematical model determined by identification technique signal valves considered as developing controller. In order verify reliability CMPC, repetitive experiments on CMPC strategy implemented. existing controller, used such functional (PFC), also compared. experimental results revealed effectively improved position compared PFC strategy. However, capable provide a fast response PFC.
