Study Purpose. Poor hamstring muscle flexibility is one of the most common risk factors for injuries. This due to tension in musculotendinus structures which reduces ability muscles extend rapidly without injury. Therefore, this study aims prove effect using PNF stretching and Static exercises on level athletes. Materials Methods. Researchers used Quasi Experimental Design research procedures. form design a development true experimental design. After being divided into two, sample will undergo an exercise program like usually given by coach after practice session cooling down be two treatments, namely group with treatment And Which other get treat Stretching exercise. The subjects were Futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 4 Metro purposive sampling so that there 20 Furthermore, data analysis was assisted SPSS 26 application. Results. results obtained significant futsal athletes, 0.000 < 0.05. show increase degree torso 19.5%. In Stretching, it shows 0.05 showing 6.7%. no difference between static increasing Conclusions. provide evidence both have flexibility. That way, can applied efforts prevent injuries sports. recommend application done regularly sports coaching.
