چکیده

The concept of restorative justice refers to a form that places greater emphasis on holding offenders accountable in an effort alleviate the suffering victims but does so without sacrificing goals rehabilitation for order establish and preserve public order. Currently, criminal system Criminal Code still focuses retributive justice, namely main punishing perpetrators what they have done. As result, alternate solution situation closure through compromise is required as expression idea justice.
