Objective : identify the main risk factors in development of purulent-inflammatory complications after cesarean section. Materials and methods puerperal women section (n = 90): 24 patients with a complication puerperia form endometritis (group I), 16 — insolvency suture on uterus II) 50 physiologically occurring postoperative period (III) control).
