Practice of Sale and Purchase Binding Agreements

This study aims to find out about the practice of binding sale and purchase agreements on land rights based notarial deeds in East Jakarta. research is descriptive analytical with an empirical juridical approach, while data obtained through library field research. Furthermore, were analyzed qualitatively. From results this study, it will be known legal force deed agreement made by a Notary implementation making Sale Purchase Deed very strong because which authentic protection for fulfillment rights. parties if one defaults agreement, really depends strength made, that is, underhand deed, accordance or before notary then automatically becomes so power deed.
