چکیده

The surfactant precipitation and recovery method (SPR method) consist of a step, that is protein-surfactant complex by the addition aqueous solution to protein solution, dissolution precipitate in polar organic solvent trace amount salt solution. When denaturant was not included, ratio lysozyme increased as AOT/lysozyme molar increased, after reaching 100%, decreased due redissolution precipitation. It shown denatured urea GuHCl can be recovered SPR method. Lysozyme with had almost 100% up concentration 4 kmol/m3 at an 28.6. As decreased. about 75% 71.5 0.6 kmol/m3. specific activity secondary conformation were confirmed same those native measuring enzyme CD spectrum. has properties.
