Predictive Path Modelling of Indicators of Secondary School Instructors’ Affective, Continuance and Normative Job Commitment

There is a growing body of literature investigating the impact retraining and motivation on employee work efficiency. However, little seems to be understood about effects placement commitment teachers their jobs. To best researcher's awareness, partial composite staff placement, retraining, three aspects job (affective, continuance normative) among secondary educators have scarcely been examined. This research was intended fill this vacuum by using predictive path modelling approach analyse association between these endogenous exogenous variables. A random sample 500 school principals surveyed two forms questionnaires. Collected data were analysed formulated hypotheses tested Path multiple linear regression analyses, with aid Amos SPSS packages. Findings indicated that highly instructors' (at affective dimension), but not at normative dimension; Employee dedication in dimensions predicted personnel it did result attrition; workers only increased teachers' when augmented motivation. The combined effect statistically significant teachers’ (affective continuance), dimension. Based findings, policy theoretical ramifications for effective instructional management, assessment, classroom practice, future study are discussed.
