Predictive values of lamina cribrosa depth and ganglion cell complex thickness in early diagnosis of glaucoma

Purpose: Evaluation of ganglion cell complex measurement and the use parameters lamina cribrosa depth in early diagnosis progression patients with suspected glaucoma.
 Materials Methods: Measurements were taken Heidelberg Spectralis Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography from both groups. Ganglion thicknesses measured segmentation analysis. Lamina depths by using optic nerve head images glaucoma group control group.
 Results: Thirty-one suspect 42 healthy individuals included study. The thickness layer was 11.46  group, it 12.19 group. Mean 579.3 399.62 
 Conclusion: coherence tomography helps ophthalmologists for follow-up patients, non-invasively may be a guide diagnosis. In this study, difference is more significant so parameter can used
