چکیده

Abstract Zirconium has certain application advantages compared with other metals due to its high density, volume calorific value and combustion performance. Unfortunately, the applications of current powders are limited electrostatic discharge sensitivity, making more pyrophoric less amenable functionalization. To improve security, Zr/NC composite particles reduced sensitivity prepared by solvent-antisolvent method characterized FT-IR, XRD, TG, SEM ESD test. The measurement confirmed that 50% firing energy ( E 50) is increased from 5.13 mJ 25.2 mJ, which 5 times higher than raw Zr powder. results show surface coating modification a feasible for decreasing This study provides technology support in density propellant.
