Primary angiosarcoma under the guise of constrictive pericarditis: a case report

چکیده
Primary cardiac tumors are histologically heterogeneous and grow from the heart tissues. Their diagnosis is difficult due to absence of pathognomonic signs, as well possibility a long asymptomatic course. The authors present case late tumor in young man, occurring under guise constrictive pericarditis with rapidly progressive failure, which ended death 3 months after first clinical symptoms. According autopsy, histological picture immunophenotype corresponded angiosarcoma.
