Privacy-Preserving Efficient Data Retrieval in IoMT Based on Low-Cost Fog Computing

The rapid development of Internet Medical Things (IoMT) is remarkable. However, IoMT faces many problems including privacy disclosure, long delay service orders, low retrieval efficiency medical data, and high energy cost fog computing. For these, this paper proposes a data protection efficient scheme for based on low-cost First, computing system located between cloud server workers, processing requests workers orders controlling devices. Simultaneously, it preprocesses physiological patients uploaded by IoMT, collates them into various sets, transmits to institutions in way. It makes the entire execution process latency efficient. Second, multidimensional are great value, we use ciphertext protect patient paper. In addition, uses range tree build an index storing vectors, meanwhile method also proposed improve search efficiency. Finally, bat algorithm (BA) designed allocate group significant reduction. Extensive experiments conducted demonstrate scheme.
