A strong background field will change the vacuum structure and proper basis of a system drastically in both classical quantum mechanics, e.g. Landau levels magnetic field. The situation is same for rotating case. In such usual set plane-wave states would no longer be suitable as starting point perturbation. Alternatively straightforwardly rapidly globally system, it better to reformulate perturbation computation principle. this work we complete first step spin-1 field, which includes solving Proca equation present rotation its canonical quantization. It shown that because symmetry eigen are actually ones Maxwell equations cylindrical coordinate. propagator well near-central approximation obtained by considering vorticity areas so small relativistic QGP.
