When the pandemic began subsiding in middle of year 2022, promulgation DepEd Order No. 34 series 2022 issuing 5-day classes for public school and a voluntary compliance private schools, shift from concerns during to face-to-face became focus on nurturing learners Talangan Integrated National High School, Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines. This called revision former Project VACSIN (Validating Academic Compliance Students through Interventions, 2020-2022) which dealt with learner submission modular output. time also recounted problem pre-pandemic, tardiness learners, was solved STAR (Solving Tardiness Resiliency, 2016-2019). Combining concept two preceding projects, this project implemented 2022-2023 coming school, absenteeism, having low academic performance. 5-DAYSS (5 Developmental Assistance Yielding Student Success) has five interventions are fitted present implementation five-day attendance school. They following: (1) punctuality monitoring, (2) rigid checking attendance, (3) enhancement activity, (4) guardian connection, (5) maxim board. Through project, decreased by 50% first semester, 8.33% second semester. Absenteeism reduced 63.22% 23.88% Meanwhile, lagging behind were 22.69% 26.53% Parents provided favorable feedback continuous improvement project. Implementation scheme is thus recommended whole even other schools nearby communities.
