Promoting Pre-service Teachers’ Domain-general Metacognition

The current study explores the possibilities of promoting prospective teacher’s domain-general metacognition in university process.The aim is to investigate which content reflection more relevant for effective enhancing teacher education students’ metacognition.To reach aim, structure analysed; (MC) components are interpreted from perspective transformative learning define indices metacognition; a set open-ended sentences constructed includes all MC; and significance different providing proved mixed-methods study.
